About College

The Maharishi University of Management And Technology (MUMT) is very popular amongst the Indians and foreign nationals for its quality education in the field of Management and Technology. The university has been established by the special Act No. 10 in 2002  by the  State Legislature of Chhattisgarh, Raipur.

• It was founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
• MUMT has now spread its wings in four full time campuses at Bilashpur, Raipur, Raigarh and Durg. It gives opportunity for long distance students too in two fold approach. Firstly , conveniently doing self study; secondly, close interaction with the faculty.
• Maharishi ji introduced in the mainstream the scientific validated methodology of education. This knowledge is based on the Vedic Science and Vedic Management. MUMT offers not only job oriented courses but also the holistic complete knowledge of life supporting courses.

Academic excellence is the first priority. It offers high quality education to its students. The faculty embarks that academic excellence prevails in all the students by right guidance and research. Students are really encouraged to various social and cultural activities that can groom them to grow as individuals. The Director of the Student Activities handles the major events of the students’ programs and collaborating with the Deans. Regular communication is maintained with the cross exchange of information and ideas.

The per annum fees are very reasonable and nominal which is usually taken to maintain the research materials and the quality of education. The bulk research materials are also to be acknowledged. For example:

• BBA is Rs. 12500 per annum
• BCA is Rs. 12500 per annum
• B.COM is Rs. 1700 per annum
• PGDCA is Rs 9000 per annum

Scholarships are given on a merit basis, particularly to those students who are interested to do higher studies or intensive research.
