About College

The Maharishi University of Management and Technology is one of the premier institutes of the nation. It provides excellent quality technical and management education to its students. It is one of renowned institutions in providing education based on nature and culture.

• By a special act passed in the name of Maharishi University of Management and Technology act no. 10 of 2002, this university was established. This special act was passed by the Legislature of Chhattisgarh State.
• The university is known for its excellent education facility. Moreover, all the Degree/Diploma/Certificate awarded by the university is equivalent to the Degrees/Diplomas and Certificate provided by the other Universities in India which are established under statutory provisions of the central government and the state government.
• The university was established global education movement initiated by Maharishi Ji. Maharishi Ji has introduced "life oriented-life supporting" education programme for the students in all across the globe.
• The university provides dynamic and scientifically validated course curriculum for the students. The courses here are "job oriented' and at the same time "life oriented-life supporting" as well.
• The course curriculum for Technical and Management Studies here in this university is most updated and designed to make it a knowledge based programme for the students.
• The university operates in two basic principles. The principle of management is "prevention oriented-problem free administration"; while the prime principle in technology is "do lees accomplish more".
• Distance education facility is also available for the students here. They can self-study at their convenience or they may choose the interaction with faculty   like the campus based conventional courses offered by the university.
