Initially named as College of Teacher Education, S.D.P College of Teacher Education is one of the finest training institutes in the locale. The college is set up on the land donated by a generous lady Mrs. Bulurani Pathak. The college is named after her parents as requested by the donor. The college believes that the training of teachers is a big thing. Teachers decide the future of the nation. To educate the teachers is a big responsibility. The college has taken up that responsibility and did well. The college aims at making the students understand their respective disciplines from the grass roots level. The college provides education by practical examples. The college when it comes to students always gives the best so that the student feels comfortable and that they concentrate on the course.
