Entrance Exam & Admissions

To take admission at MBGPG College, the student must have passed the required previous qualification. For undergraduate (UG) courses: you should have passed Class 12 (Intermediate) from a recognized board in the relevant stream (Science/Arts/Commerce) with minimum marks as per university rules. For postgraduate (PG) courses: you must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.

Placements & Internship

Internship Programmes: The college provides limited support for internships. Students are encouraged to find internships on their own, although some departments may have collaborations with local industries or NGOs. Internships are generally more common in professional and technical courses. For general degree courses, students usually opt for internships during summer breaks in nearby organizations or through online platforms.

Fees & Scholarships

The fees at the college are quite affordable compared to private institutions. Students have to pay the fees at the beginning of each academic year or semester. The payment is usually done directly at the college office through cash or demand draft. In some cases, an online payment option is also available for convenience. Receipts are issued immediately after payment, and students are advised to keep them safe for future reference. Fees are bery budget friendly any one can take admission very easily

Academics & Faculty

The academic environment at the college is quite good, with a focus on both theoretical knowledge and practical learning (if applicable). The curriculum follows the guidelines of the affiliated university and is updated periodically. Classes are conducted regularly, and the timetable is usually well-organized. Attendance is taken seriously in most departments, and internal assessments, assignments, and exams are conducted on time. The college library has a decent collection of books, journals, and study materials that help students in their studies. Some departments also arrange seminars, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance students’ learning experience.

College Infrastructure

The college has a decent infrastructure with all the basic facilities required for students. The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated, providing a comfortable environment for learning. The library is stocked with a good collection of books, journals, and newspapers to support students’ academic needs. There are separate laboratories for different subjects, equipped with the necessary instruments and materials for practical sessions. The college also has a playground and open spaces where students can relax and engage in sports or cultural activities. Although some areas could benefit from modernization, the overall infrastructure is functional and maintained reasonably well to meet the needs of students and faculty alike.

Food Services & Hostel

The college provides hostel facilities for students coming from distant places. The hostels are basic but sufficient, with shared rooms, common bathrooms, and essential furniture like beds and study tables. The hostel environment is generally safe and disciplined, with wardens available to assist students when needed. Food services are provided in the hostel mess, which serves vegetarian and sometimes non-vegetarian meals as per the schedule. The quality of food is decent — simple, hygienic, and filling — though some students feel it could be improved in taste and variety. Drinking water and cleanliness in the mess and hostel premises are maintained regularly.
