About College

Christ College, Rajkot was established in 1998. The college is re-accredited with ‘B’ grade by NAAC and recognized by UGC under 2(f) & 12B section of UGC Act. It is the youngest college in India to be assessed and accredited by NAAC with Five Star Status in the year 2002. It acquired the ISO 9001: 2000 certification from TUV Rheiland, Berlin - Brandenburg Group, Germany in September 2003. It has the distinction of being the first multi-faculty co-ed English medium college in arts, science and commerce in Saurashtra and Kutch region of Gujarat and it provides quality education to the youth so as to enable them to take up the challenges of the tomorrow. The vision of the college is to excel in the creation of an egalitarian society characterized by love, unity, justice and brotherhood. The mission of the college is to provide innovative and quality systems of learning to the young generation through quality management, and to equip them to become prolific, productive, proactive human resources and responsible citizens of the nation.

NCC - The college has a NCC unit which works with aim to impart collective training in discipline, community living and social service, at character building, comradeship, sportsman spirit and the ideals of selfless service.
