The Cuncolim Educational Society’s College of Arts and Commerce, Goa was established in 1987. The college received permanent affiliation of Goa University in the year 2006-2007 and it was registered under 2(f) and 12(b) of University Grants Commission on February 2010. The college is a child of Late Pio F. Lawrence. The college is initiated with the aim of fostering a spirit of learning in the village of Cuncolim and surrounding areas, its establishment has turned the dream of local student to pursue higher education without leaving Goa, into reality. The institution gradually progressed not just academically but in other areas as well and has been consistently giving out excellent results. Today it is one among the largest educational institution in Goa.

CUNCOLEAN - The college annual magazine comprises of short stories, poems, play lets articles, and sketches to encourage writing skills and creativity of students.
C.E.S MANTHAN - The college’s annual multi disciplinary journal of Arts and Commerce to encourage students for research activity.
NSS - The college has a NSS unit which serve as alternative platform for willing students who are keen to social service.
The college library has a collection of over 4500 textbooks, reference books and journals. It spread over an area of 270 sq. mtrs.
