Entrance Exam & Admissions
Eligibility criteria are basically MAT score, 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree. The admission process involved an essay writing in 10 minutes about a topic which was given just 10 seconds before the start time. After that, there were 2 rounds of interview - a normal one and a stress round.

Internships were offered in Amrita University itself along with various banks financial institutions and so on. There is also the opportunity for an international internship with MNCs in the Middle East. Another option is to opt for a Summer School in colleges in France (telecom Ecole de Management) Placements were offered by 100+ companies and startups alike. Philips, Idea Cellular, Madurai Garments, Zoho, Bosch, HDFC, BNY Melon, Deloitte, KPMG, Al Barakat, P&G were among the top companies offering salries from Rs 3.5 LPA upto Rs 14 LPA.
Fees & Scholarships
Fees can be paid in terms of 4 instalments. Scholarship facilities are also offered.
Academics & Faculty
There are SIX trimesters spread across two years. We have exposure to international faculties and renowned persons from the industry as well. The faculty are friendly and approachable, but when it comes to deadlines, expect no mercy. They mould us to face the corporate life well. No box of chocolates here.
College Infrastructure
There is a lab, library in the college building itself. The sports complex which includes grounds and a GYM are located 2 minutes from the main building. There is high-speed WiFi available in the college building as well as the hostels. Social media is blocked from 9:30 AM to 4 PM except on Sundays.
Food Services & Hostel
The food provided in the college mess is purely vegetarian and has a different menu for each day of the week. Expect a variety of South Indian dishes as well as Paneer based North Indian ones. For the meat-lovers, there are a lot of affordable restaurants in the vicinity, so not an issue. The hostel rooms will have a cupboard and bed per student. PG blocks accomodate two students in one room.
