National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) at Bhubaneswar was established in the year 2007 under Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). It is located at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. It is built on 300 acres of land. And later the state gave 10 acres of more land to build its own city center which include a modern style guest house and auditorium.
