Bihpuria College  was established in 1973. It situates at the lower part of Lakhimpur district of Assam and stand as a premier seat of learning. lt has been imparting education exhibiting itself as a role model institution in every respect.

• Catering about 1000 students each yeal Bihpuria College imparts education at Under Graduate level in both Arts'and Commerce stream

• Late Isheswar Hazarika Memorial Annual Merit- Annual awards of Rs. 1,000 is offered to students securing first position in TDC (B.A., B.Com)
• Late Sayed Faijuddin Ahmed Merit Scolarship- Annual award of Rs. 1,000 is given to the students securing 60% marks in the H.S final Examination.
