Yes, if you have finished the NCERT syllabus thoroughly, understood the basics of the chapters and concepts, have detailed knowledge of the important chapters, and solved questions of all types diligently, you will definitely score well in NEET. NEET is conducted by CBSE and the syllabus is same as the Class 11 and 12 syllabus of CBSE, i.e. the NCERT syllabus. However, the NCERT textbooks are not enough. I mean there is no denying that these books must be at your fingertips, but you have to refer to other books as well for understanding the various concepts (especially the important ones) in details and to solve questions of higher levels. Yes,you can clear NEET with NCERT syllabus .But you would be able to score only 400 marks given you give attention to all the details given in the books.For scoring good marks in biology,NCERT is sufficient but for Physics and chemistry some additional books are required Follow the link : NEET MBBS

Ncert is quite beneficial to understand the concepts easily. more-ever most of the questions come from it but exam like NEET require lot more than that . you need better solutions, revision notes, video lessons , most important questions, previous question paper , mock tests.
