Why Is taking the LPUNEST mandatory for securing admission to the M.Tech Computer Science program at LPU, or is GATE accepted? ?

Admission into the M.Tech Computer Science program at LPU offers flexible entry pathways to accommodate high-performing candidates. While taking the Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) is a standard entry and scholarship assessment route, LPU fully recognizes valid GATE scores for admissions. Candidates with exceptional GATE performance can secure direct entry and are eligible for merit scholarships. LPUNEST serves both as an eligibility verification platform and a primary gateway for securing program fee concessions, ensuring that dedicated candidates receive appropriate academic recognition and financial assistance when enrolling at LPU.
