I’ve definitely felt the pressure playing support lately. Every dive can end your game, and it’s exhausting trying to peel for everyone while still contributing to damage or positioning. Something that helped me was using an overwatch 2 crosshair guide to improve tracking and precision, even for characters that aren’t main DPS. It made a noticeable difference in my confidence. I think Blizzard could make support more enjoyable by giving better survivability tools or smarter team feedback instead of just raw damage or healing numbers. Feeling like your efforts actually change the outcome would make the role way more rewarding.

Lately, I’ve noticed that support players in Overwatch 2 seem to carry more mental and strategic weight than any other role. Between healing, peeling, and surviving focused dives, the stress level can be huge. Do you think Blizzard’s current balance makes support too punishing? What changes could make this role more rewarding without making it overpowered?
