Why do B.Tech students fail in engineering after graduation ?

Many B.Tech students, including at Lovely Professional University (LPU) , face difficulties after they complete their degrees because they lack practical skills and their coding skills and technical fundamentals are weak and their communication skills are poor and their learning habits are inconsistent and they depend on academic knowledge too much. In engineering, especially CSE, students who avoid internships, projects, aptitude preparation, and industry-relevant skills often find placements difficult, while students who actively use the opportunities provided by the university usually perform much better professionally.

The reason why most B.Tech graduates fail in engineering jobs is that most engineers do not have the aptitude to be a part of the technical sector. While some come under pressure from family and friends, some trick themselves into believing they should be engineers. This fallacy is the reason why many industry magnates and moguls deem most engineering graduates as unemployable.
