Residential proxies with unlimited traffic make the most sense when a project involves constant requests, large-scale data collection, or regular monitoring where paying per gigabyte would quickly become expensive. For these tasks, I use proxy unlimited bandwidth because choosing residential IPs by location and connection type makes ongoing scraping, SEO checks, and localized testing easier to manage. I think unlimited plans are especially useful for automation, but I still compare speed, IP quality, rotation options, and stability before deciding whether the higher fixed cost is really worth it.
