LPU really supports students a lot when it comes to internships, projects, and working with industry. The university has a special team called the Division of Career Services which helps students connect with companies for internships and live projects. They guide us step-by-step from how to apply, how to prepare resumes, and even give training for interviews. Also, many top companies visit the campus, and students get a chance to work on real-time problems. We also have industry tie-ups and MoUs with many big brands like Google, Microsoft, Bosch, Amazon, etc., which means students get more chances to learn directly from professionals. LPU also includes industry projects as part of the curriculum in many courses. So we get to do projects which are based on real problems from companies. There are hackathons, workshops, guest lectures, and industry visits as well, which give us the exposure we need. Many of my seniors got internships in big companies like Infosys, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra with the help of LPU. Some students even do international internships. Faculty also help a lot in finding the right opportunity. So overall, LPU makes sure that students don’t just study from books but also get real-world experience through internships and collaborations.
