When a regular backpack can’t handle all a boxer’s gear anymore, they usually upgrade to a medium or large duffel bag — typically around 40L to 60L. These bags fit gloves, wraps, shoes, towels, and training clothes comfortably. The extra space keeps everything organized and avoids squeezing sweaty gear into a tiny pack. https://www.buzzbii.com/hosseinilawofficepllc https://www.cargodirectory.co/bellevue/cargo-legal-services-cargo-law-firms/hosseini-law-office-pllc https://www.tupalo.co/bellevue-washington/hosseini-law-office-pllc-11900-northeast-1st-street?pk_vid=4ec6ad9755019aee1752174308f5bcbe
I underestimated how bulky gloves and shoes are, so my first bag was ridiculously too small too. What helped me decide was learning about ventilation pockets and moisture-resistant materials from a short comparison I once saw on fightgear. A medium duffel usually fits everything comfortably without being huge.

Usually boxers upgrade to a duffel when a regular backpack is too small — medium (30–40L) for gloves, wraps & shoes; large (40–60L) for headgear, pads & extra kit; and XL (60–90L) if you carry lots of sparring gear. If you want pro-looking photos of your kit for posts, try this image generator.
