Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how big a role supplements actually play in bodybuilding. When I first started training, I honestly believed protein powder alone would magically transform me. I remember saving up money from a part-time job in college just to buy a stack of random supplements because some guy at the gym said that’s what “serious lifters” do. Over time I realized training consistency and diet mattered way more than I expected. Still, I see so many products out there now — from basic whey to more advanced compounds — and it gets confusing. How do you personally decide what’s actually worth adding and what’s just hype?

I can definitely relate to this! When I started bodybuilding, I also thought supplements were the secret to fast gains, but over time I learned that consistency in training and nutrition is what really makes the difference. It’s important to research products carefully and focus only on what truly supports your goals. By the way, I also came across some useful updates for gamers here: vbl new code.
