If your rank in is inte top 5,000 AIR you should comfortably get a free seat in any state of the country. Top 10,000 - 50,000 might get you a state quota seat in your state depending on number of seats available and the competition. For instance there are around 6000 seats in Tamil Nadu and if a candidate gets in the top 6000 students among the NEET qualified TN students they should technically get a seat. same for your state.
