There has recently been a drop in pressure in the pneumatic system on the production line. In the morning, the equipment operates normally, but after a few hours, the pressure drops below the usual level. The compressor continues to run without any noticeable changes. I’ve already checked the main pressure gauge, but haven’t found the cause yet. Where should I start when troubleshooting a system like this?

In this situation, I first check all connections, hoses, and equipment connection points. Once, my pressure dropped due to a small leak near one of the fittings. For another system, I ordered find Aventics pneumatic parts and, while I was at it, checked the condition of the other pneumatic components. It’s also worth checking the filter, pressure regulator, and other air preparation components. If the filter is heavily contaminated, the air flow may decrease. I would also measure the pressure at several points in the system to pinpoint the source of the problem. If the pressure drops only when several mechanisms are operating simultaneously, the cause may be related to the load on the system. This systematic inspection usually helps identify the faulty section more quickly.
