This is a classic problem, especially when the team has limited resources. We also tried to "run faster," but the number of bugs grew. The solution was not to slow down, but to scale wisely. After learning about https://ncube.com/nearshore-software-development-brazil , we realized that a nearshore team could take on part of the development and testing without losing control. Thanks to shared processes, code reviews, and synchronous work in the same time zone, we were able to increase speed and improve quality at the same time. We retained control, but the workload became significantly lighter.
