Is Rai University a safe option for engineering ?

Lately I have been writing many articles and they are good. I recently discovered some good topics for dissertation in education and they seemed interesting. You should have a look at them as well.

To begin with, no, Rai University is not a safe option for engineering. Only top tier engineering colleges can be termed as 'safe' options for engineering as they literally promise a decent paying job at the end of four years, through either on-campus or off-campus placement. If you study hard and hone your skills to become a good engineer, any college in the world will be a safe option. At the end of the day, the buck of your destiny will stop with you. Take control!
