How to create a receipt online ?

I have a small business, and I currently issue receipts to suppliers manually. Some payments have to be processed separately, so I then have to print the receipt, find a suitable envelope, sign it, stamp it, and go to the post office. This is starting to take up too much time. Is there a way to create a receipt online and send it to the recipient?
