How do you deal with unexpected mobile network issues? ?

My mobile data randomly slowed down during evening hours, even with full signal bars. It turned out to be network congestion, too many people streaming in the same area. Switching my phone temporarily to 3G mode improved stability. Since then, I always test alternative settings before assuming it’s a bigger issue.
