I’ve been dealing with a sore lower back for months, probably from sitting at my desk way too long without moving. I’m considering switching to an adjustable lift-style desk, but I’ve never used one before. I’m wondering if it actually helps people stay more active or if you end up just raising it once and forgetting about it. Anyone here notice real changes in their habits or posture after switching?
