Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology is a self-financed engineering college that was established in 1979. It is an autonomous college that was accredited 4 times and is approved by AICTE. It is also the 1^st Engineering Institute of AP to become ISO 9001: 2000 certified.

The campus of the college is located in Gandipet, Ranga Reddy (District), Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology offers 9 undergraduate and 11 postgraduate programs.
