Minimum eligibilities are 1) For B.Tech - Passed 10+2 with Physics or Mathematics or Chemistry or Biotechnology and any other subject. He or She should have scored a minimum of 50% marks. 2) M.Tech - The candidate should have passed B.E or B.Tech with 50% marks aggregate.
