Passed out students of 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English subjects, will be admitted on the basis of their merit in JEE (Main) - 2013 as per the schedule and guidelines provided by the Prospectus of PTU Jalandhar.

How good is their placement assistant?

Placement is good. Many core companies, I.T. firms government organisations come for hiring final and pre-final year students, Infosys hired 303 students package - INR.3.25 lakh p.a., ASAHI hired 10 students package - INR.3.60 lakh p.a., T&T consultants Mohali hired 15 students, package - INR.3.6 lakhs, Other companies that come are Tech Mahindra, ISUZU, JOSH, Indian Army, Indian Navy , etc.
