Which one is the best university in the Philippines, UP, DLSU, ADMU or UST ?

UP (particularly Diliman and Manila) is the best. De La Salle University and Ateneo de Manila are tied for 2nd. Then UST and maybe a couple or more schools like the University of San Carlos and Silliman University in Dumaguete are all tied for 3rd. Hence, if I have to rank the schools in the Philippines, it would go something like this: 1. UP Diliman, UP Manila 2. De La Salle, Ateneo de Manila 3, UST, UPLB, USC, Silliman, Velez College-Cebu 4.
