Hey guys, what’s one tiny thing a business ever did that made you feel like “huh, they actually see me as a regular”? For me it was this small coffee place near my old flat. After maybe the fourth or fifth time I came in, the barista just slid my usual flat white across the counter and said “no cinnamon today, right?” — I hadn’t even opened my mouth yet. Felt oddly warm, you know? Like I wasn’t just another caffeine transaction. What little details stuck with you?
