Campus Recruitment programme at MODY UNIVERSITY aims at the placement of all eligible registered students. Over the years, the University is making steady progress in this direction. Some of the fortune 500 and Blue Chip companies have been continuously visiting Mody University for campus recruitment for the past more than one decade; Recruiters have highly appreciated the high conversion ratio of our selected students and their practical hands-on experience on the current software and technologies. Apart from that, our students (alumni) have been doing extremely well in their respective organizations, where they are serving. It is really very heartening to find our alumni in the recruiter's teams of the visiting companies. All this has been possible due to the ceaseless efforts of our highly qualified and experienced Career Development Centre team towards updating the academic curricula in line with the current industry requirements with the support of our well placed alumni along with the valuable inputs received from the members of the various Boards of Studies nominated from different Industries of repute. The Campus Recruitment process for the passing out batch of 2015 has been wrapped up and during the process a number of companies visited our campus, which includes many new companies also who visited University for the first time. It is very heartening to note that; more than 90% of our students have been placed in reputed firms including top notch Bluechip and Multi National Companies and almost all students who opted for placement have been placed. This year more than 450 offers were made with more than 210 multiple offers. Amazon who hired 2 students during its first visit and were so impressed that they came back and hired 7 more, Hewlett Packard has also repeated the same and recruited twice from our University. The highest package fetched by the students is 18 lakh per annum, while the average package stands at 4.5 lakh per annum. The recruitment process for the batch passing out in the year 2016 will commence from the month of September 2015. The placement figures of the past years speak highly of the efforts of the Career Development Centre and our students.
