The duration of the Ph.D. will be a minimum of 3 Years & a Maximum of 6 Years (2 Years extra relaxation is also there for the female students). In addition, part time Ph.D. scholars are required to maintain the biometric attendance for offline reporting in LPU for at least 7 days in a semester with subject to a minimum of 6 hours per day. Furthermore, it is expected that the Ph.D. scholars should visit LPU as and when required or asked by the supervisor depending upon the progress of his/her research work.
