hi, An Unfair Means Case (UMC) at LPU refers to any situation where a student is found violating examination rules or attempting to gain an unfair advantage during an exam. This includes actions like cheating, carrying unauthorized materials, using electronic devices, talking during the exam, copying from another student, impersonation, or disrupting the exam environment. When a student is caught, the case is officially recorded and reviewed by the UMC committee. Depending on the severity, penalties may include cancellation of the exam, failing the course, or other disciplinary actions. UMCs are taken very seriously to maintain academic integrity.
