Most business schools are interested in finding some key skills which are fundamental for a future in business and management. Some of these skills are: 1. Logical abilities 2. Quantitative aptitude 3. Analytical skills 4. Linguistic abilities If a candidate displays some of these qualities, he/she is considered. The job of a business school is to further polish these inherent traits in a candidate and further add some new skills.
