Some key engineering goals for most B.Tech students include building strong technical skills, gaining practical experience through projects and internships, and developing problem-solving abilities that prepare them for real-world challenges. Many students aim to secure good placements in reputed companies, pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA, or work toward research and innovation. Others focus on mastering emerging technologies such as AI, data science, robotics, cybersecurity, or renewable energy to stay competitive. At LPU, most B.Tech students aim to build strong technical skills through hands-on labs, industry projects, and specialized coursework aligned with current technologies. Many focus on securing top placements, taking advantage of LPU’s extensive recruiter network, training programs, and industry-linked certifications. Students also work toward developing problem-solving abilities, participating in hackathons, research projects, and innovation challenges hosted on campus.
Many might say otherwise, but most engineers have only one goal in mind: making money. It is for this reason they took up a four year long course they do not understand fully, often in a college far away from home. The lure of working straight after college is too much for the average student to break down. Money is the primary and often the only goal engineers have. Everything else is secondary.
