Is difficulty level and pattern of NEET PG changing? What are major changes according to you ?

Hello! I have scored 616 marks and secured a 1636 rank in NEET PG 2021. This was my first attempt. The difficulty level is increasing with each successive year owing to the intense level of competition among students to get a specialty of their choice which already has a limited number of seats. Factors that played a crucial role this year with recent changes are- 1) Twice postponement of the NEET exam this time. First in November 2020 and then in April 2021, on the one hand, this provided ample time for many candidates to complete and revise the syllabus but on the other hand, some were finding it difficult to thrive for such a long time, because consistency and perseverance is the key. If you lose touch with 19 subjects even for a short time, things get blurred. 2) Number of questions was reduced from 300 to 200. 3) A shift towards clinical subjects which reduced weightage of 1st and 2nd prof subjects with more emphasis on final year subjects and integration of pre and para-clinical subjects with clinicals. And this change in the pattern was introduced by NBE in March this year when almost throughout preparation was made in accordance with the previous pattern. 4) What I felt was this year's exam was on the east side than NEET PG 2020 in view of the question I solved in the past year's banks.
