How to raise query in LPU e-Connect App in LPU Online? ?

In the LPU e-Connect App, students have the option to raise course-specific queries using the "Ask a question" provision in the Pre-Recorded video section. For general queries or complaints, students can utilize the RMS section, but please note that this feature is currently accessible only through the desktop application and is not available on the mobile app at the moment.
Student can raise course wise queries in LPU e-Connect App through Pre-Recorded video section by using “Ask a question” provision. Student can also raise general queries/ complaints through RMS section of LPU e-Connect, if accessed as a desktop application; however RMS section is not available on the mobile app as of now.
