Sometimes dealing with insomnia is like trying to fall asleep at a rock concert. Here's what works for me: An hour before bedtime, I turn off all screens and switch to warm lighting. Blue light is the main culprit! Started taking melaxen. It has really improved the quality of my sleep. Of course, consult your doctor before using any medication. Sleep well and less stress!

It sounds like you've found a solid routine to combat insomnia! Reducing screen time and switching to warm lighting are great strategies. Melaxen can also be effective, but you're right to advise consulting a doctor before starting any new medication. Wishing you restful nights and stress-free days! my perfect hotel
