Well, it doesn’t matter who sets the paper whether that paper is being set by IIT-K/IIT-M/IIT-D/IIT-B. It is just a waste of time to think like that because When an IIT such as that of Kanpur Nagar sets a question paper, the Board of governors is responsible for the correctness in type and content of the question paper. It has nothing to do with the faculty or specializations within the IITK autonomy.
