Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology (PSIT), Kanpur was established in 2004. PSIT believes in a hollistc education that promotes its students to excel in all spheres. As only the best can cultivate the best that is why every year maximum toppers in the UPTU are PSITians.

• Ignitia-It is an annual technical and cultural youth fest organized by PSIT.Events that were held are Robokshetra, Robo Race, Robo Rumble Spell Spidey (Spell Check), Tale teller [Story Writing], and Brain Matrix etc.
• AEICT-It was the conference on advances in Electrical and Information communication Technology at PSIT, Kanpur.

Scholarships-

• The scholarships will be awarded up to final year for all courses, subject to maintaining 75% + in B.Tech/B.Pharm & 70% + in MBA/MCA in each semester.
• Subject to clear PSIT Aptitude Test for Entrance.
