School of Technology is a constituent of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) and recognized by AICTE, New Delhi. School of Technology is located at Raisan in Gandhinagar, 14 kms away from Gandhinagar Railway Station. School of Technology (SOT) is the youngest School of PDPU added to PDPU family in 2010.

  • This institute intends to focus on technological education, research and service that anticipates, and meets, the need of tomorrow’s world

  • SAEINDIA PDPU- Organizes various activities like Automobile Quiz, Engine Design Workshops, Paper and Poster Presentation etc

  • GLINT- Organizes various activities like Solar Energy Exhibition, The Green Campus Challenge, Expert Lectures etc

  • TARK- Organize and Launch various technical programs/activities for Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department

  • Rotaract- has 1.2 million Rotarians who make up more than 34000 Rotary Clubs, organises an event on entrepreneurship namely ‘E-Chai Insights at PDPU’ aiming to focus on extracting talents from the budding minds

  • ASQ- Student Chapter at Department of Industrial Engineering which invites speakers from industry and organizes workshops, seminars on Quality Management  

  • IEEE Student Branch- LabVIEW workshop organised in collaboration with National Instruments, SciLab workshops organised in collaboration with IIT Bombay and IEEE Student Section Congress 2013

  • IGBC- Student Chapter at Department of Civil Engineering with a vision to enable a sustainable built environment for all and facilitate India to be one of the Global leader in sustainable built environment by 2025

  • ICE-UK- Student Chapter at Department of Civil Engineering which organizes a series of activities for the civil and non-civil engineering students of PDPU including conferences, workshops, seminars and expert talks

  • IIChE- Student Chapter at Department of Chemical Engineering which organizes expert lectures, seminars, workshops, quizzes, group discussions and plant visits etc at regular intervals to better equip and empower PDPU students

The Library holds a collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, CDs/DVDs, e-journals, reports, case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals, etc

  • Seven fully functional and wi-fi enabled blocks

The institute has set up a state-of-the-art wellness centre which can accommodate more than 50 students per session, equipped with cardio & weight training equipment and helps students work-out under the expert supervision of a certified trainer
