About College
PES University is a privately owned and among the top teaching and research university of Bangalore that was established in 1972. Formerly known as the PES Institute of Technology, PES University was renamed in 2013 and is currently managed by the People(s) Education Society (PES). It is also accredited by NBA, AICTE, UGC, and NAAC.
The campus is located over an area of 25 acres on 100 Feet Ring Road, BSK III Stage, Bangalore. It mainly focuses on 4 major areas: Engineering, Medicine, Management, and Life Sciences and offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate level programs in the above fields.
Research:
- Research Centers are more in the nature of a team of students with common interests.
- Research Domain Area is computer science, Mechanical, Biotechnology, Electronic, and electrical.
Placement:
- Academic year of 2012-13 and a total of 615 students were placed in top companies.
- This previous number is expected to be surpassed by a big margin this academic year as already 547 students have been placed.

Placement opportunities are good there. Best college if you have marketing specialisation. Placement are not guaranteed as it is dependent on students overall performance.

PES University is one of the most best colleges in Karnataka who gives good educating and all sorts is facilities to all the students. It has a very good infrastructure and labs. It encouraged in all the extra curricular activities like sports, and all sorts of entertainment. It has very good canteen facilities with good food. Faculty is also good. Administration is one of the best to say.
