About College
Incepted in the year 1997, Pacific University, a deemed University has earned a remarkable name in its field. Stretched up to 100 acres of lush greenery, Pacific University houses high-tech classrooms, separate hostels for boys as well as girls, well-equipped Libraries, laboratories, experiential learning, affordable quality education and innovative pedagogy for facilitating its students. Affiliated by UGC & AIU, the University aims at establishing itself as a center of research and excellence. Here, at Pacific University, great emphasis is laid on the holistic erudition which aims to enhance personal as well as the cerebral strength of its students. Hostel Facilities
The University campus houses 7 separate hostels for girls and boys; which comprises of undergraduate as well as the postgraduate students. Each and every room of the hostel is well equipped with a study table, wardrobes, double bed & an attached toilet having 24 hours supply of hot water. Apart from this, the common rooms of the Pacific University hostel comprise of a color TV with DTH and also indoor games facilities where the students can relax after being tired of studying long. Staff members, as well as faculty from & outside of Udaipur, can dwell in these hostels.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria of the Pacific University campus offers hygienic as well as delectable delicacies and also varied snacks to its students. Students can also have special dishes which are prepared on many special occasions.
Campus
The campus of Pacific University is stretched up to 100 acres and it fulfills all the mandatory norms associated with the governing bodies related to its modern amenities, equipment, infrastructure etc. Pacific University campus also comes up with an apposite environment of education which is free from any kind of pollution and can be easily accessible.
Labs
The labs of Pacific University, Udaipur are open to both- the faculty as well as the students, where they can easily probe into anything according to their own interests. These labs are equipped with ultra-modern equipments which are required to perform research in a number of fields such as Management, Engineering, Science, Fire & Safety Management, Arts, Yoga, Physical Education, Polytechnic Diploma, Dentistry, Hotel Management etc.
Library
The library of Pacific University is spread up to 1 lac sq feet with a huge collection of 2,50,000 books, 400 journals, and 1000 national journals which are subscribed yearly. Apart from that, the Pacific University library also houses 2000 working papers, thesis, project reports of the students, videos and CDs with a number of Indian as well as international editions on a number of topics.
Fitness Center
Fitness center of Pacific University is everyone’s favorite as it is equipped with a multi-gym & a wide range of aerobic equipment and free weights which also comprises of a treadmill. The gym of Pacific University is the most apposite place for the students to build their strength, improve their general fitness & burn the fat etc.
Cultural Events
Pacific University endeavors to augment students’ educational experience through a plethora of extra co-curricular programmes, events, and activities. Such events offer the students a right platform to show their hidden talents. These events are implemented as well as planned through many societies & clubs. Special workshops, seminars, and guest lectures are conducted around the year which exposes the students to a different range of ideas and views.

Achievements
- On 18th April 2012, a special workshop has been arranged in Pacific University after the name “Jugaad” with much enthusiasm and zeal.
- A Pharmacy convention named “RAJAPTICON-2015 was conducted from 13th to 14th Feb 2015 in Pacific University, Udaipur where a large number of postgraduate students, professionals, and 850 pharmacy teachers have participated.
- On October 4, 2015, Department of Chemistry & Department of PG studies, in association with Kolkata’s Indian Chemical Society, conducted a National Conference on the topic Frontiers in Chemical Sciences. In this conference, 200 participants presented research papers.
- SAUFEST 2015 was organized by Pacific University on 7th-11th March 2015 where 300 delegates from different universities of Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Mauritius, and Nepal participated. This fest was conducted in order to strengthen the cultural, intellectual and social integration among the young people of these countries.
- Pacific University organized a 2-day symposium on the topic “Physical methods in Chemical Sciences” from 2nd-3rd October 2016 where renowned scientists shared their knowledge for simplifying the intricate physical methods for the purpose of in-depth research analysis.
| Jugaad Promotion Exhibition and Patent Facilitation Workshop | 18-04-2012 | The two day event witnessed enormous response from the society and more than 112 participants presented their “Jugaad” in full zeal and enthusiasm. | Pharmacy Convention | 13-02-2015 | The 1st Convention of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India Rajasthan Chapter “RAJAPTICON-2015” was held during 13-14 February 2015 at Pacific University, Udaipur. The convention attracted more than 850 pharmacy teachers, professionals and postgraduate students from about 45 pharmacy colleges across eight states of India. | South Asian Universities Festival | 07-03-2015 | 8th South Asian Universities Festival -2015(SAUFEST 2015) was organized,sponsored and powered by Pacific University in collaboration with Mohan Lal Sukhadia University under the umbrella of Association of Indian Universities from 7th to 11th March 2015. Around 300 delegates from different Universities of India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka participated in the mega event of South Asian Countries. The theme of the festival was “South Asian Cultural Fusion". | Building Relationships Discovering talents | The University believes that a healthy mind works better and that sports help to inculcate good qualities in the students. Involving oneself in competitive sports encourages healthy competition, co-operation and leadership qualities. | 4th International Science Congress Conference | 08-12-2014 | 4th International Science Congress Conference (ISC-2014) on focal theme “Global Research: Enhancement, Reforms and Commercialization” was organized by Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur and International Science Congress Association on December 8-9, 2014. The Conference has turned into grand success as it provided a platform to 900 experts from all fields to discuss, analyze and articulate their thoughts to develop and enhance eco-friendly reforms through commercialization so as to maintain a balance between benefits for mankind and conservation of mother earth. | Presentation Skills and Intellectual Property Rights | 22-05-2016 | The National Seminar on “Presentation Skills and Intellectual Property Rights” was organized by Department of Post Graduate Studies and Pacific College of Basic and Applied Sciences on May 22-23, 2015. The Seminar has received an overwhelming response where in 50 participants from across India such as Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore, Bhopal, Udaipur, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Pune etc. have participated. How To Reach
