About College
Indus University is a private University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was started in 2006 as Indus Institute of Technology & Engineering. Indus University offers degree programs at UG and PG levels in diverse disciplines of Engineering, specific streams of Management, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Aircraft Maintenance and Architecture. The University also offers Research Programs leading to the award of Doctoral Awards in Engineering, Management, Applied Sciences and Mathematics. Indus Foundry Training & Research Centre (IFTARC), supported by CED scheme of State Government is the Metallurgical Research Centre of the University

It also possesses Electronic Resources on books, journals. Library is managed by Dewey Decimal Classification System. It has E- resource like ADINET, `DELNET & OPAC. |

University provides separate hostel facility for boys and girls. Dining hall serves appetizing and hygienic vegetarian food. |

There are very nice and cool facilities, nice and motivative environment. It provides good Placement. And the infrastructure of college is good. It gives guidelines for every field. There are good teaching faculties.

What are the admission criteria for B.Tech and M.Tech courses ?

Admission criteria for 1) B.Tech - 10+2 or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Biotechnology, Language and anyother subject with a minimum of 45% marks. 2) M.Tech - Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering discipline obtained through the 10+2+4 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 55% from the recognized University. Note - A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC, ST candidates for above courses.
